 Menampung pendapat dan saran warga terkait pelaksanaan pembangunan di wilayahnya.

Memilih program dan kegiatan yang dianggap paling penting dan mendesak untuk diajukan ke tingkat kecamatan.

3. Sinkronisasi Program.
Menyelaraskan rencana pembangunan antara pemerintah daerah dengan kebutuhan masyarakat setempat.



D. Strategi di Desa Poris Plawad.
1. Musyawarah Perencanaan
  Pembangunan (Musrenbang).
Melalui Musrenbang, masyarakat terlibat aktif dalam proses perencanaan pembangunan. Forum ini memungkinkan warga untuk mengusulkan dan menetapkan rencana pembangunan infrastruktur dan kegiatan pemberdayaan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan setempat. Partisipasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan relevansi dan efektivitas program pembangunan.

2. Pengembangan Transit Oriented Development (TOD).
Desa Poris Plawad dipilih sebagai lokasi strategis untuk pengembangan kawasan TOD karena keberadaan dua pusat transportasi utama, yaitu Stasiun Batu Ceper dan Terminal Poris Plawad. Pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan integrasi yang efisien antarmoda transportasi, mendorong penggunaan transportasi umum, dan mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap kendaraan pribadi.

3. Pemberdayaan Masyarakat melalui Pengembangan Desa Wisata.
Salah satu inisiatif pemberdayaan adalah pengembangan kelurahan Tematik Telaga Kalpataru di Kelurahan Poris Plawad program ini melibatkan masyarakat dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan potensi wisata setempat, yang tidak hanya meningkatkan perekonomian warga tetapi juga memperkuat rasa kebersamaan dan gotong royong di masyarakat.

4. Peningkatan Fasilitas Park and Ride.
Untuk mendukung integrasi antarmoda dan mengurangi kemacetan, pemerintah telah membangun fasilitas park and ride di sekitar Terminal Poris Plawad. Fasilitas ini memungkinkan pengguna kendaraan pribadi beralih ke angkutan umum dengan lebih mudah, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi mobilitas di kawasan tersebut.

5. Pemberdayaan Masyarakat melalui Pengembangan Desa Wisata.
Salah satu inisiatif pemberdayaan adalah pengembangan Desa Tematik Telaga Kalpataru di Desa Poris Plawad Indah. Program ini melibatkan masyarakat dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan potensi wisata setempat, yang tidak hanya meningkatkan perekonomian warga tetapi juga memperkuat rasa kebersamaan dan gotong royong di masyarakat. Peningkatan Fasilitas Park and Ride.

E. Kegiatan di Desa Poris Plawad.
1. Bakti Sosial Serentak.
Pada tanggal 10 Desember 2023, warga Desa Poris Plawad Utara menggelar bakti sosial serentak di seluruh wilayah RW dan RT. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melancarkan saluran air serta menjaga kebersihan dan kenyamanan lingkungan.

2. Peningkatan Kinerja Pelayanan Publik
Kepala  kelurahan Poris Plawad menggelar pembekalan kepada seluruh perangkat desa. Pembekalan ini berfungsi sebagai ajang evaluasi dan diskusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

3. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN)
Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang (UMT) melaksanakan KKN di Kelurahan Poris Plawad dengan fokus penanganan stunting. Mereka menggelar seminar bertemakan “Investasi Gizi Seimbang Mudah, Murah, dan Anti Stunting”, serta mengikuti kegiatan kemasyarakatan seperti pos gizi dan panduan cerdas.

4. Sosialisasi Pemanfaatan Teknologi.
Mahasiswa KKN Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) menggelar sosialisasi kepada warga RT 01 RW 07 tentang pemanfaatan situs marketplace 99 designs dan aplikasi Zoom. Tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan alternatif sumber pendapatan dan memperlancar pertemuan daring di masa pandemi COVID-19.

5. Kegiatan Amal dan Keagamaan.
Kelurahan Poris Plawad  menggelar kegiatan keagamaan, seperti kajian agama dan santunan anak yatim dan dhuafa yang  Kegiatan ini mempererat tali silaturahmi dan kepedulian sosial antar warga.

6. Pengawasan Keamanan oleh Kepolisian.
Aipda Komaruddin, anggota Binmas Polres Metro Tangerang Kota yang akrab disapa “Mat Peci” ini telah bertugas selama 15 tahun di Terminal Poris Plawad. Ia menggunakan pendekatan kekeluargaan untuk menjaga keamanan dan kenyamanan di terminal, sehingga tercipta suasana yang kondusif bagi penumpang dan pedagang.




F. Sistem Pengendalian di Kecamatan Poris Plawad.
 1. Pemantauan Pembangunan Infrastruktur. 
Pada tanggal 19 Oktober 2023, Kepala Desa Poris Plawad Utara melakukan pemantauan langsung terhadap pemasangan tiang internet di wilayah RT.003 RW 010.
 Hal ini dilakukan untuk memastikan proses pemasangan berjalan sesuai standar dan tidak mengganggu fasilitas umum.

 2. Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu di Bidang Pendidikan.
SD Negeri Poris Plawad 7 telah menerapkan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 yang menunjukkan komitmen sekolah dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui standar internasional yang terstruktur.

3. Pengawasan dan Pengendalian di Terminal Poris Plawad
Terminal Poris Plawad berperan penting dalam mengatur dan mengendalikan arus lalu lintas penumpang dan barang. Upaya pengawasan dilakukan untuk menjamin keselamatan dan kenyamanan selama perjalanan, meliputi pemeriksaan keamanan dan pengawasan operasional terminal. 

4. Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan.
 Posyandu Camar Desa Poris Plawad Utara melakukan evaluasi dan analisis terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Upaya ini meliputi pembinaan dan koordinasi antara kader posyandu, tokoh masyarakat, dan perangkat desa dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesehatan masyarakat secara optimal.

5. Pengelolaan Sampah Berbasis Teknologi.
 Inovasi pengelolaan sampah dilakukan melalui pengembangan tong sampah pintar yang dilengkapi sensor ultrasonik dan terhubung dengan aplikasi Internet of Things (IoT). Sistem ini memungkinkan pemantauan volume sampah secara real-time dan otomatisasi pengelolaan sampah, meskipun implementasinya masih dalam tahap pengembangan dan belum diterapkan secara luas di desa-desa.

6. Pengawasan Keamanan oleh Kepolisian.

H. Analisis SWOTE.
    1.  Kekuatan dan kelemahan program-program yang telah dilaksanakan yang ada di Kecamatan Poris Plawad.

a. KEKUATAN
Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Masyarakat.
Kelurahan Poris Plawad secara rutin memberikan pelatihan kepada seluruh pegawai untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini sebagai sarana evaluasi dan diskusi dalam menyelesaikan kendala yang dihadapi. Kegiatan ini merupakan sarana evaluasi dan diskusi dalam menyelesaikan kendala yang dihadapi.
Perencanaan Pembangunan Partisipatif. Pelaksanaan Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (Musrenbang) di Desa Poris Plawad Utara melibatkan masyarakat dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait pembangunan infrastruktur dan kegiatan pemberdayaan. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya pendekatan partisipatif dalam perencanaan pembangunan.

Fasilitas Posyandu Terbatas.
Pelayanan di Posyandu Camar Desa Poris Plawad masih perlu ditingkatkan. Perlu adanya peningkatan fasilitas dan koordinasi antara kader Posyandu, tokoh masyarakat, dan perangkat desa untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan dan pengetahuan masyarakat.
Data Terkini Terbatas.
Beberapa data terkait program di Desa Poris Plawad masih terbatas dan mungkin belum mencerminkan kondisi terkini, sehingga menghambat efektivitas evaluasi dan perencanaan program.
